NOTE:

Preference is given to applicants registering for all 4 semesters. However, the sections can be taken independently of another. We strongly recommend registering for all in order to gain a holistic introduction to Book Arts. With this certificate, you will be eligible to teach in a professional setting.

If you choose to register for only one semester, your graduation certificate will apply to the section you have completed. It will not be an all-encompassing certificate in Book Arts, but rather Bookbinding, or Papermaking, etc. This will allow you to teach only in the section you have completed. Costs for semesters do not cover materials. These must be purchased separately.

There is an independent work requirement during the week. Participants are welcome to use the studio during the week at predetermined time/dates with the instructors.

Benefits

Eligibility to teach courses in the areas you have completed training.

20% discount on studio rentals for your personal use/projects during the year.
